She is the Founder & Managing Trustee of Crime Control & Social Development Organisation (CCSDO) and Navvkhush Helping Foundation, working actively toward building safe, inclusive, and compliant workplaces across India.

With extensive experience as a POSH External Member in 30+ reputed organizations, she ensures fair inquiry processes, employee sensitization, and strict compliance under the POSH Act, 2013.
