Empowering Women through Vocational Training
To promote self-employment among women and young girls, CCSDO launched vocational training programs in stitching and beauty services in Kalyan Puri and Karawal Nagar. Conducted by professional trainers, the program focused on enhancing employability and entrepreneurial skills.
Over 150 participants were trained in tailoring, embroidery, and basic beauty care. With micro-financing support for equipment, nearly 40% of them successfully launched their own small businesses—transforming skills into sustainable livelihoods.
