Sankalp was a three-day entrepreneurial training program for 55 women and transgender participants, sponsored by NIESBUD. The sessions were led by experienced trainers Mr. Sumit Sharma and Ms. Bhanupriya, and focused on entrepreneurship, government schemes, and the Udyam registration process.
Participants were provided with comprehensive training kits and refreshments throughout the program. The initiative received enthusiastic feedback, with many expressing keen interest in advanced and follow-up sessions for future skill-building and self-employment readiness.
