POSH Act, 2013 – Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace
The POSH Act, 2013 aims to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful work environment for all by preventing and addressing sexual harassment. We adhere fully to the provisions of the Act, with a registered Internal Complaints Committee approved by the District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar.
Our Founder, Ms. Kavita Rawat, is a certified POSH Train the Trainer, authorized to lead awareness workshops and training programs. These sessions educate staff on their rights, responsibilities, and grievance redressal procedures—promoting a culture of accountability, respect, and inclusivity in the workplace.
